Survey Center Employment

Gaining experience at the Marist Poll starts for nearly all students as a Survey Assistant. In this role you learn how surveys are conducted, gain confidence in public speaking, and get insights that open the door to additional opportunities available to experienced Survey Assistants.

Advanced Opportunities

Our advanced programs are highly selective and provide very challenging real-world professional work environments to students who are sophomores or above. Applications for the fall semester are accepted in March and April of the prior academic year. Applications for the spring semester are accepted in October and November.

MEDIA
The media team works on all aspects of the Poll’s media strategy and execution, including all social media, the Poll Hub podcast, media research, and live events.

CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY
For students with specific creative platform skill sets in video production and animation, the Poll offers an opportunity to create content for all areas.

CLIENT SERVICES
Students work closely with the Client Services Director on developing proposals, working with clients, and assisting with sales and marketing.

DATA ANALYSIS & RESEARCH
Students work directly with the Poll’s data team to research upcoming projects and prepare and analyze data from current ones.

EDUCATION
Students with an interest in higher education assist in developing and preparing internal and external educational content for the Poll.
