I recently read something about a grassroots effort to reduce cost in New York State.. Here is my thoight regarding removal of the STAR rebate … these
Knit-wits don’t live in Oswego county , obviously… We need this desparately. I have been out of work since Sept 2008, and the job market here sucks. I can barely survive and the urge to move out of state and give up my home is greater and greater with every economic blow. Please do not remove the STAR rebate. Thank you.
