The Indictment of Eric Adams, October 2024

Marist New York City Poll

New York City Mayor Eric Adams faces federal indictment charges, and most New York City residents want him to resign. If Adams does not resign, nearly two in three residents citywide want New York Governor Kathy Hochul to take steps to remove Adams from office. Adams cannot hide from the controversy. More than seven in ten residents have heard, at least, a good amount about the indictment, and about two-thirds think Adams did something illegal.
